The title Apples to Oranges? A direct simile between felo-de-se attempters and suicide completers immediately grabs readers attentions. Though, the title somewhat represents the article. Since the research is conducted in spite of appearance the major Depressive Disorder population, the more suitable title of the article should read Apples to Oranges? A direct comparison between suicide attempters and suicide completers in study Depressive Disorder population. The authors write the research article in simple and taciturn manners. However, it would have been helpful to the readers if the research report contains the definition of terms division in an abstract. The authors write with the assumption that the readers are already healthcare professionals. whatsoever terms used such as mood disorders, Axis I disorders, SCID-IV diagnostic, are medical terminology and required some medical intimacy to understand the meanings (DeJong, Overholser, and Stockmeier, 2010, pp.90-91) . The operational definition of low gear should be introduced earlier in the article. The authors operationally define depression as fitting all the requirements posture forth in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, 4th Edition (DeJong et al, 2010, p.92). This definition can be unclear to some readers. Therefore, the authors should overly include the conceptual definition and expand on the list of criteria of depression according to Diagnostic and Statistic Manual of Mental Disorder.
